Lexco Security Systems was founded in 1975 and incorporated in the state of Connecticut in 1980. The company has been owned and operated continuously by lifelong Westchester and Fairfield County resident Felix Giannini. Lexco works on a local, national, and international scale serving small and large corporate, industrial, and government clients helping to achieve greater control and effectiveness in their security and life safety programs. Lexco coordinates security and life safety within a comprehensive Business Continuity Security Program, using Security Risk Assessment. Lexco also coordinate security with other risk mitigation strategies. Lexco works with clients to implement Security and Life-Safety Systems, Security Training Programs, Drills and Re-assessments. Lexco also provides services in coaching, consulting, engineering, project management, commissioning, and monitoring a wide range of security and life safety technologies. We continuously strive to improve client services.

Meet our Team

Felix Giannini, F.P.E., C.P.P.

President

Felix started as a security systems installation apprentice while in high school. His US Navy training as an ETRO taught him about quality control and problem solving. He attended Manhattan College, studying Physics, English and French.

 

The part - time business turned full time when Lexco Security Systems became a full service security systems provider. His recent studies at UNH culminated in 2012 with an engineering degree in Fire

Protection Systems.

 

Felix is an Eagle Scout, a former Fire Comissioner of Fairfield, CT, and the Vice co-Chairperson of the Southern Connecticut Chapter of ASIS International.

Michael Push

Senior Technician

Michael joined the Lexco team in 2006 while attending the University of Connecticut.  After graduating in 2008 with a BA he came on board full-time and has proven to be a valuable asset to the company.  Michael is the lead technician in the field and is also responsible for web development, marketing campaigns, customer service and technical support.

John Baugh

Technician

John joined Lexco in 2010 after working for a locally based publishing company for over a decade.  He has since been honing his technical skills and has become an integral Lexco team member.

Lindsay Walsh

Communications Specialist

Lindsay began her role as Lexco's communication specialist/brand manager/social media developer in 2013.  She graduated with a BA from Fairfield University in 2007 and received her Master Degree in Elementary Education from the same university in 2010.  Lindsay uses her passion for education and developing new exciting ways to share information to enhance and nurture the Lexco brand.

Geoffrey Nevin-Giannini

Office Administrator

As office administrator, Geoffrey is responsible for the day-to-day operations that keep Lexco running efficiently.  He is also responsible for generating company media and documentation.

James Quinn

Installation Apprentice & Sales Associate

James joined the company in 2014 and began working in the Installation Divison to gain a well rounded understanding of the industry in order to further the Lexco Business Division's goals. He is also representing Lexco throughout the region at networking and business building events.

Bill Patchell

Accounting

Bill has been the Lexco accountant and office manager for over 10 years.  His responsibilities include all accounting services, invoicing and managing the office equipment.

 

Bill is on the board of directors of the West Haven Chamber of Commerce, the past president of the Lions Club of Fairfield, and a past Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus.

Paul Seroka

Marketing & Business Development

Paul executes Lexco's business strategy, economic development, e-commerce, executive coaching and innovation programs.  He is also responsible for marketing programs using web, direct marketing, public relations events, social media, broadcast, conferences, trade shows, and online reputation management. 

Marc Fischer

Sales Specialist

Marc's role as sales specialist is to generate new business leads and establish relationships between Lexco and potential clients.
